Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Chain professional to manage and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations. The candidate will be responsible for procurement, inventory control, logistics coordination, vendor management, and ensuring timely delivery of goods while minimizing costs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end supply chain processes including procurement, warehousing, transportation, and distribution.
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability.
- Analyze supply chain performance metrics and prepare reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Resolve supply chain disruptions and implement corrective actions.
- Forecast demand and coordinate production planning.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers.
Required Skills Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- 25 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and MS Excel.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management and demand forecasting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification such as APICS, CSCP, or Six Sigma.
- Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or retail industry.
- Strong understanding of supply chain software and data analytics tools.
