Role Description

We are immediately hiring a Speech Therapist and an Occupational Therapist for a full-time, on-site role at our Chennai location. The therapists will assess and develop treatment plans for children with developmental needs, actively engage in therapy sessions, and monitor progress. Responsibilities include assisting children in achieving speech, communication, and language goals, as well as working on motor skills and sensory integration techniques tailored to individual requirements. Collaboration with families and interdisciplinary teams to support comprehensive care for the children is also a key part of this role.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Speech Therapy, including assessment, intervention, and therapeutic activities.
  • Knowledge of managing communication disorders, language disorders, and challenges related to speech.
  • Experience in handling conditions such as dysphagia and other speech-related difficulties.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with children, families, and teams.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Occupational Therapy, or relevant field.
  • License or certification as required by professional bodies and regulatory authorities.
  • Experience in working with children in a therapeutic or special education setting is an advantage.
