Immediate Hiring For Tele caller - Fresher

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.
• Explain products/services clearly and effectively to prospects.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide relevant information.
• Generate leads and update daily call reports.
• Follow up with prospects to convert leads into sales.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
• Achieve daily/weekly targets as set by the management.

Requirements:

• Fresher or experience up to 1 year in telecalling or customer service (preferred but not mandatory).
• Good communication skills in English and [local language if applicable].
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain records.
• Confident and persuasive speaking skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain motivation.
• Willingness to work in shifts (if applicable).
