Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies in alignment with organizational goals.
- Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for distributors, systems integrators, dealers, and retail partners.
- Identify, appoint, and manage distributors, dealers, and retail partners.
- Build strong channel relationships and improve partner productivity and engagement.
- Expand market presence and product penetration in assigned states.
- Identify new business opportunities in retail, B2B, and institutional segments.
- Monitor field performance, conduct regular market visits, and support sales team with on-ground execution.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams for improvement and innovation.
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Track KPIs such as revenue, growth rate, dealer performance, and market share.
Desired Functional Knowledge & Skills:
- Proven track record in inverter, energy meters, or similar product categories.
- Strong network of distributors and dealers in the target region.
- Ability to travel within the region as needed.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with a strategic mindset and operational efficiency.
Competencies:
- Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the Electronics and Electrical industry.
- Distribution and Retail Sales and Dealer network expansion
- Customer Relationship Management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or B.Tech/M.Tech in ECE/EEE.
- 9+ years of total experience in sales, marketing, distribution, and retail network management.
