Responsibilities

• Source candidates using various recruitment channels including job boards, social media, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates qualifications.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment databases.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Assist in developing job descriptions and posting job openings on relevant platforms.
• Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company and attract candidates.

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
