Role- Image Management (SOE Management)

Job Description

  • Implementation of Auto pilot, Cloud Management Gateway, and Intune co-management
  • Very Good L3 Experience in SCCM Infrastructure and Image management Support
  • Intermediate Level knowledge and Experience in SCCM Design, implementation & Migration
  • Very good Experience in SCCM Client troubleshooting
  • Good Experience in SQL Queries
  • Strong Windows 10 experience.
  • SME level for Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM) to include MECM, Intune and Co-management.
  • Enterprise-scale technical experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructures, architecture designs, technology management and analytics for on-premises and internet-based devices.
  • Expert-level understanding of Windows 10 operating system, to include image management, OSD (operating system deployment) and servicing updates.
  • Experience using Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT) (or similar product) for the purpose of building and maintaining reference images.
  • Strong understanding of web browser management utilizing EMSL (Enterprise Mode Site List Manager and Chrome Management Dashboard for security zones, document modes and add-ons. The ability to troubleshoot web apps, site security or compatibility related issues for Edge, Chrome and Internet Explorer
  • Significant packaging experience building and editing MSI/MST files for enterprise distribution.
  • Proficiency in scripting techniques involved with desktop system automation and management.
