You will work directly with a Dutch real estate photography agency, turning raw property photos into polished images and assembling walkthrough videos in the correct sequence.
Photo Editing
- Optimize color, exposure and lighting
- Remove color casts and apply virtual recoloring
- Replace skies on overcast days
- Blur private details and remove reflections
Video & 360
- Assemble raw footage into clean real estate videos (correct order of clips)
- Perform basic edits (cuts and simple transitions, no advanced grading required)
- Work in DaVinci Resolve (required)
- Edit 360 photos and create virtual tours
Workflow
- Deliver within 24 hours
- Implement feedback quickly and accurately
- Collaborate closely with our team
What we are looking for
- 3–5+ years of professional photo & video editing experience
- Proven real estate editing portfolio
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom
- Proficient in DaVinci Resolve
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and consistent under tight deadlines
- Comfortable with direct, Western-style communication
Strong advantage
- Experience with 360 photography and virtual tours
- Familiarity with the Dutch real estate market
