About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced IIS Web Server Administrator with 6+ years of strong experience in IIS administration (IIS 8/8.5/10/above).
Requirements
- Strong experience in IIS administration (IIS 8/8.5/10/above).
- In-depth knowledge of Windows Server OS (2016/2019/2022) administration.
- Expertise in SSL/TLS, certificates management, and HTTPS configuration.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in IIS logs, Event Viewer, and network traces (Wireshark, Fiddler).
- Familiarity with reverse proxy, load balancing, and CDN concepts.
- Knowledge of scripting/automation (PowerShell, VBScript, Batch).
- Understanding of application security principles and web server hardening.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (SCOM, Splunk, SolarWinds, Dynatrace).
Preferred Certifications
- Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator / Security Operations Analyst.
- ITIL Foundation (good-to-have).
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent (preferred for SecOps environments).
