Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Coimbatore for an IIOT and Smart Manufacturing Engineer. The role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining IIOT solutions for smart manufacturing processes. The engineer will oversee manufacturing systems, optimize processes, and integrate technology to enhance efficiency. Responsibilities include collaborating with teams to improve productivity, analyzing data for informed decision-making, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Manufacturing Processes and Manufacturing Engineering
- Proficiency in Industrial Engineering and Mechanical Engineering methodologies
- Practical experience with Machining processes and tools
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to optimize manufacturing workflow
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills relevant to manufacturing systems
- Ability to work in a dynamic and team-oriented work environment
- Engineering degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related field
- Experience with IIOT implementation and smart manufacturing technology is a plus
- Knowledge of industry compliance and safety standards
