Job Title: IGCSE and IBDP Teacher

Job Summary
We are seeking passionate and experienced educators to teach students in the IGCSE and International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP). The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality instruction, foster critical thinking, and prepare students for international academic standards and assessments.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons aligned with IGCSE and IBDP curriculum frameworks.
- Develop lesson plans, assessments, and learning resources that support diverse learning styles.
- Guide students in developing analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Prepare students for internal and external examinations.
- Assess and monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
- Collaborate with colleagues to design interdisciplinary learning experiences.
- Participate in school meetings, professional development, and curriculum planning.
- Support students in projects such as Extended Essay, Internal Assessments, and CAS (for IBDP) where applicable.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and inquiry-based classroom environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in the relevant subject.
- Teaching qualification (B.Ed., PGCE, or equivalent).
- Certification or training in IGCSE and/or IBDP preferred.
- Strong understanding of international curricula and assessment standards.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in IGCSE and/or IBDP programs preferred.
- Experience with international or IB schools is an advantage.
