Role Description

This is a full-time morning/evening shift, on-site role based in Anand for an IELTS Trainer. The IELTS Trainer will deliver in-depth training sessions to students preparing for IELTS exams, focusing on all four components: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking. Responsibilities include conducting mock tests, providing constructive feedback, creating lesson plans tailored to individual needs, and keeping up to date with IELTS exam formats and changes. Additionally, the trainer will mentor students and guide them in improving their English language proficiency to achieve their desired scores.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English language skills, including Speaking, Reading, Writing, and Listening
• Experience in teaching IELTS exam preparation and familiarity with exam formats and scoring
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop customized lesson plans and provide constructive feedback
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple student needs effectively
• Experience in English language training or a relevant teaching qualification is preferred
• Flexibility and enthusiasm for mentoring students to achieve their goals
• Knowledge of overseas education systems and the immigration process is an added advantage
