Role Overview
The IELTS Trainer will be responsible for preparing students for the IELTS examination by delivering structured training across all modules: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking. The role involves conducting engaging training sessions, evaluating student performance, and implementing effective strategies to help students achieve their target band scores for study or migration abroad.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions covering all IELTS modules: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.
- Deliver exam-oriented lessons, practice sessions, and mock tests aligned with IELTS standards.
- Evaluate student performance regularly and provide constructive feedback and improvement strategies.
- Teach vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, and exam techniques to enhance band scores.
- Monitor and track student progress and maintain accurate training reports.
- Develop training materials, practice exercises, and test content for classroom use.
- Support students with personalized guidance to improve weak areas and build exam confidence.

- Student Band Score Improvement & Success Rate.
- Quality of Classroom Delivery & Student Engagement.

Eligibility
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience as an IELTS Trainer or English language trainer.
- Certification: Must have appeared for IELTS or completed IELTS Trainer training.
- Skills: Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong classroom management and student engagement abilities.
- Ability to mentor students and guide them toward achieving target band scores.
