Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in for a Language Trainer to teach IELTS, PTE, TOEFL, Duolingo and other programs. The Trainer will design, deliver, and evaluate Language products tailored to the organization's objectives. Responsibilities include conducting training sessions, preparing teaching materials, mentoring student, and assessing their progress. The role also involves developing customized training solutions to enhance skills and knowledge while ensuring a professional and engaging learning environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and presentation skills to facilitate effective training sessions and convey concepts clearly.
• Expertise in curriculum development and the ability to design engaging and comprehensive teaching materials.
• Ability to assess and evaluate participants progress and adjust training approaches accordingly.
• Proficiency in managing on-site training sessions and interacting with diverse learner groups.
• Adaptability, organizational skills, and professionalism to meet varying training requirements and schedules.
• Prior experience in training, education, or similar roles is a plus.
• Hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Education, Communications, or a related field.
