Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an IELTS Faculty located in Vadodara. The IELTS Faculty will be responsible for designing and conducting engaging classroom sessions, preparing students for IELTS exams, and providing one-on-one mentoring as needed. Responsibilities include developing effective lesson plans, assessing students progress through regular evaluations, and offering constructive feedback to improve their language skills. Active involvement in maintaining a productive learning environment is necessary.

Qualifications

• Strong command over the English language, including Grammar, Writing, Speaking, Listening, and Reading.
• Prior experience in teaching, tutoring, or preparing students for standardized language tests such as IELTS is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in classroom management and individual student mentoring.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail and adaptability in teaching approaches.
• Knowledge of IELTS examination patterns and scoring systems is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field is preferred.
