IDMC Administration

Good to have skills: Linux/Unix, SQL, Shell Scripting, CI/CD, Monitoring & Alerting Tools

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and support IDMC environments, ensuring availability, performance, and operational stability.
• Configure and maintain IDMC components, connections, and runtime settings aligned to project needs.
• Monitor jobs, schedules, and platform health; proactively identify and resolve failures and bottlenecks.
• Perform user access management, role-based permissions, and environment governance activities.
• Troubleshoot integration and connectivity issues, partnering with development and infrastructure teams for resolution.
• Support release and deployment activities, including change validation and post-deployment verification.
• Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and standard procedures for repeatable administration tasks.
• Collaborate with cloud administration teams to ensure secure networking, access controls, and compliant configurations. Minimum Qualifications:
• BTECH, MTECH, MCA, or MSC.
• 3–5 years of experience in technology operations/administration with hands-on exposure to IDMC administration.
• Working experience in cloud administration activities, including access management and environment support.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze logs, job runs, and platform behavior to resolve issues.
• Good communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and document operational procedures. Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience supporting multi-environment setups (dev/test/prod) with structured change and release practices.
• Exposure to cloud security best practices, including IAM concepts, least-privilege access, and audit readiness.
• Ability to implement monitoring/alerting routines and drive continuous improvements in platform reliability.
• Experience working with incident management processes, root cause analysis, and preventive action planning.
• Familiarity with performance tuning approaches for integration workloads and runtime optimization.
