We are seeking a motivated Junior Consultant specializing in IDMC Development & Administration to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 7-12 years of experience in data management and a strong technical background to support our clients in optimizing their data processes.

Responsibilities

Assist in the development and administration of IDMC (Integrated Data Management and Control) systems.
Support project teams in the implementation of IDMC solutions across various clients.
Conduct data analysis and provide insights to improve data management processes.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Participate in client meetings to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Prepare documentation and training materials for users of IDMC systems.
Continuously learn and stay updated on IDMC best practices and technologies.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proficiency in data management tools and software, particularly in IDMC technologies.
Strong understanding of database management and data governance principles.
Experience with data integration techniques and ETL processes.
Knowledge of programming languages such as SQL, Python, or Java is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
