Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Outbound voice-based calling to potential and existing customers.
  • Present and promote banking products like Credit Cards
  • Understand customer requirements, handle queries, and pitch the right product accordingly.
  • Maintain productivity and sales conversion metrics as per targets.

Educational & Skill Requirements:

  • Minimum Education: HSC (12th pass)
  • Preferred: Graduates from any stream (Freshers Welcome)
  • Language: Proficiency in English and Hindi is essential
  • Assessment: Must clear Versant Level 3 or 4
  • Basic Computer Knowledge: MS Office, CRM navigation, call logs

Shift & Work Schedule:

  • Shift: Fixed Day Shift 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
  • Week Off: Sunday Fixed Off
  • Working Days: 6 Days a Week
