Job Description

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

Solution Architecture and Design :

  • Architect for design and implementation of PAM solutions, with a primary focus on CyberArk under Group Core Services Identity Protection tech lead
  • Analyze current business processes, IT infrastructure, and security requirements to develop tailored PAM solutions.
  • Develop high-level and detailed architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and integration designs.
  • Ensure solutions align with enterprise security architecture, regulatory requirements (GDPR, SOX, etc.), and industry best practices.



Implementation & Integration:

  • Oversee the deployment, configuration, and integration of CyberArk components with enterprise systems.
  • Collaborate with IT, Métiers, and application teams to onboard privileged accounts, applications, and devices.
  • Guide and support technical teams during implementation, troubleshooting, and optimization phases.
  • Level 3 support (escalation) for India Tech Hub Run team for his perimeter.
  • Define and enforce PAM policies, standards and procedures.
  • Ensure solutions support audit, compliance and reporting requirements.
  • Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies related to privileged access.
  • Conduct Weekly, Monthly Steerco on PAM project.
  • Develop detailed PAM architecture blueprints and integration diagrams tailored to business and technical requirements.
  • Identify gaps, risks, and areas for improvement in PAM.
  • Select appropriate PAM technologies and design scalable , secure solutions.
  • Establish technical standards, patterns and best practices for PAM.
  • Validation of Document solutions designs , data flows and integration points.
  • Provide architectural guidance and troubleshooting support to implementation and operations teams.
  • Participate in technical workshops , design sessions and code reviews.
  • Participate with implementation team for Automation.
  • Lead POC initiatives to evaluate new PAM features, modules or third-party integrations.
  • Present architectural solutions, technical decisions and progress updates to stakeholders.
  • Able to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Stay updated on PAM technology trends and incorporate enhancements or optimizations.
  • Design and supervise the integration of PAM solutions with L'Oréal IT.

PROFILE REQUIREMENTS

Technical Competencies

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT security, with at least 3 years focused on PAM and CyberArk solutions.
  • Strong expertise with PAM and especially CyberArk PAM suite.
  • Infra As Code experience for PAM services
  • Integration Experience.
  • Understanding of security frameworks.
  • Scripting and automation.
  • Security and network technologies.



Professional Competencies & skills

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • The international work environment demands strong organizational and intercultural skills. Experience in an English-speaking environment is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in Design and Deploying CyberArk in large and complex environments.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environment.
  • Project management and documentation skills.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Identity Protection Architect (PAM) should have:

  • A strong understanding of Privileged Access Management principles and tools.
  • Experience in implementing and managing identity protection solutions in the technology domain.
  • Familiarity with the FMCG industry, particularly in the cosmetics and toiletries sector, is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in assessing risks and implementing security measures for privileged accounts.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
