Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage SSO (Single Sign-On) solutions across enterprise applications.
• Configure and maintain Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) integrations.
• Implement and support Ping Identity solutions including Ping Access and Ping Federate.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure secure authentication and authorization processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve identity federation, authentication, and access issues.
• Support security audits, compliance, and access governance initiatives.
• Provide technical expertise and knowledge transfer within the offshore team.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management or related roles.
• Strong hands-on expertise with SSO technologies and federation protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Solid experience with Ping Access and Ping Federate for authentication/authorization.
• Understanding of identity lifecycle management, provisioning, and access governance.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in enterprise IAM environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
