About this opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager.as a key contributor to team, the ideal candidates is responsible for e2e delivery of services including Finance, Pricing, Strategy, Business Relation Management, Process management, Solutions Optimization, Stakeholder Governance, unit's Risk Management, Performance management, Security Management, and support for Audits/Assessments.
What you will do:
Identify opportunities from Market Area and Business Areas to support growth and operational efficiency.
Forecast CAPEX and OPEX requirements and ensure alignment with business and stakeholder plans.
Collect requirements from stakeholders and provide cost-effective solutions.
Actively engage in business discussions related to service delivery execution and evolution.
Act as an interface to stakeholders
Maintain periodic formal governance with users to update on activities, initiatives, and SLA/KPI status.
Initiate and drive improvement plans to correct operational performance deviations toward SLA compliance.
Initiate and drive improvement plans to correct financial performance deviations toward global benchmarks and targets.
Trigger CSAT surveys across all units and implement improvement plans post-survey closure.
Track and manage shared environment utilization and recovery for optimum resource usage and timely renewal of expired bookings.
Identify and raise requirements for special skill sets of resources to meet delivery needs.
Work proactively to improve financial and operational performance of NSI SEA MEA & OAI deliveries as part of Continual Service Improvement (CSI) initiatives.
Manage procurement requirements for operational needs.
Strong understanding of telecom technologies including RAN, 5G Core, Cloud Platforms and IP/Transport Networks. Ability to align technical capabilities with operational excellence and SLA compliance.

Bachelor's degree in BTech, MBA, business administration, Operations Management
PMP or Prince 2 Certified.
12 to 15+ years of experience in operations, procurement, and business performance management.
Strong understanding of CAPEX/OPEX forecasting and financial governance.
Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
