Role Overview:

We are hiring dynamic and customer-focused professionals for ICICI Bank's Credit Card Sales Process. The role involves promoting credit cards, reaching potential customers through outbound calls, explaining product benefits, and ensuring successful conversions.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote ICICI Bank credit cards.
• Explain product features, eligibility, and benefits in a clear and persuasive manner.
• Collect and verify customer details as per process guidelines.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with team leaders to improve sales performance.
• Good communication skills in Marathi and Hindi; HSC/Graduation required
• Process credit card sales and handle customer interactions
• Salary up to 21k in hand with incentives and growth opportunities
