Responsibilities :
Develop and maintain software solutions using iCertis to meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Implement best practices in software development to ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to project timelines.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues providing timely support to ensure minimal disruption to operations.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into projects.
Document software designs processes and user guides to facilitate knowledge sharing and future reference.
Optimize application performance and scalability to meet the growing demands of the business.
Conduct testing and validation of software applications to ensure functionality and reliability.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers to support their professional growth.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all software development activities.

Possess a strong understanding of iCertis and its application in software development.
Demonstrate proficiency in programming languages and software development methodologies.
Have experience in the Cards & Payments domain which is considered an advantage.
Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Display effective communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
