About The Job
- Desired Experience Range: 5-10 years

- At least 5 years of relevant experience
Essential Job Functions
- Demonstrates business understanding and broad knowledge of product capabilities and how they support business issues
- Able to lead, train, and coach other assignment members
- Capable of assuming roles such as head integrator or specialist in specific fields
- Possesses expertise on one or more technologies and broad knowledge of other relevant technologies
- Close collaboration with business and operational users in defined parts of IT services in Spirit Cargo Handling
- Collaboration with external IT service providers and vendors to ensure coordination of actions and communication with internal stakeholders
- Collaboration with other parts of Digital & IT and SAS to ensure IT delivery and development meet requirements and standards
Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of regulations and standards within IATA Cargo Handling Manual (ICHM)
- In-depth knowledge of Teletype, Cargo IMP, and Cargo XML messages
- Functional and domain knowledge of Cargo Handling in Airlines
- 2-5 years of professional experience with Cargo Handling Product - iCargo
- ITIL or Agile Certification (PSM)
- Able to work independently with defined problems on a highly complex level within certain areas of expertise
- Experience with and ability to take partial responsibility for technically complex assignments
- Strong knowledge of relevant products, tools, and technology through documented project experience
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and purpose in delivering high-quality outcomes
- Proven ability to approach problem-solving in a structured, analytical, and methodical way
- High attention to detail with a commitment to quality and continuous service improvement
- Proactive mindset with a drive to enhance and adapt IT services in line with evolving needs
- Experience contributing to continuous delivery practices and agile development environments
- Strong collaboration skills with effective verbal and written communication abilities
- Open-minded, inclusive, and respectful of diverse cultural perspectives and working styles
