Job Description
- Collaborate with developers to analyze and validate business cases for application changes.
- Identify and document use cases (expected vs. actual behavior).
- Design, develop, and execute test cases.
- Perform:
- Systems Integration Testing (SIT)
- End-to-End (ETE) Testing
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Conduct regression testing after builds/updates.
- Validate results, raise defects, and track resolution.
- Escalate issues on time and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities / Primary Skills
- Strong knowledge of IBM Sterling Order Management System (OMS)
- Integration testing across ERP/CRM platforms
- Omnichannel fulfillment experience:
- BOPIS (Buy Online, Pick Up In Store)
- SFS (Ship From Store)
- OIS (Order In Store)
- QA tools experience (JIRA, Test Management Systems)
- Technical skills:
- Java
- JSP
- JavaScript
- XML
- REST APIs
- XSLT
