IBM DataPower Engineer / Specialist Job Description:-
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
Experience
- Hands-on experience with IBM DataPower
- Strong experience in DataPower administration, support, and development
Core Technical Skills
- IBM DataPower solution design, administration, and support
- Hands-on implementation of security policies in DataPower
- DataPower auditing, monitoring, and troubleshooting
- Experience using DataPower WebGUI and Command Line Interface (CLI)
Integration & Middleware
- Strong understanding of SOA architecture
- Hands-on experience with SOAP, REST, XML, WSDL, and LDAP
- Implementation of SOAP- and REST-based web services using DataPower and Message Broker
- DataPower load balancing and traffic management
Platform & Operations
- DataPower firmware installation, patching, and upgrades
- Experience with migration activities and environment stabilisation
Certifications (Preferred)
- IBM WebSphere DataPower / Integration-related certifications
