Job Description for IBM CP4BA Senior Developer

Location: Chennai (Must be open to Frequent travel to Colombo, Sri Lanka)

What you'll do:

Be a part of team of developers in designing, developing, and implementing IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation solutions

Provide technical expertise and guidance on the platform's architecture, capabilities, and best practices

Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and design automation solutions that meet their specific requirements

Develop and maintain code for the platform, ensuring high quality and adherence to coding standards

Stay up to date on the latest advancements in business automation technologies and integrate them into the platform

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the platform

Mentor junior developers and help them grow their skills

What we're looking for:

5+ years of relevant experience in IBM BPM

Proven experience as a software developer with a strong understanding of cloud based integration platforms

In-depth knowledge of IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation. If you have worked in version 23 it will be an advantage

Experience in working on solutions on IBM CP4BA involving Document Processing, Complex workflows, Complex UI with custom components, Decision tables, integrations to external web services and databases, business insights and Filenet content

IBM CP4BA deployment and troubleshooting.

Experience with full-stack development methodologies and technologies

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

The ability to lead and mentor a team of developers
