Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate & Respond: Act as the first point of contact for reported bite cases and coordinate with the Rabies Response team.
Surveillance: Visit locations to gather information on suspected rabid animals.
Life-Saving Follow-up: Track bite victims to ensure they complete their full vaccination course (0 risk).
Network Building: Regularly visit PHCs, Vet hospitals, and local shelters to strengthen our surveillance network.
Data Management: rigorous data entry and case tracking via the MR app.
Requirements:
Minimum Higher Secondary School graduate.
Languages: Fluent in Kannada, Hindi, and English.
Mobility: Must have a valid driving license and ability to travel by scooter across Bengaluru.
Basic understanding of dog behavior and animal welfare.
Comfortable using smartphones and apps for data entry.
Salary: 30,000 per month
