Job Description

A K12 education provider operating in the International Baccalaureate (IB) sector, delivering PYP and MYP programmes in an on-site, non-residential day-school environment in Jaipur. We seek an energetic ESL/EAL teacher who can deliver inquiry-led, multilingual classroom experiences and support learners across primary and middle years.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging ESL/EAL lessons aligned to IB PYP and MYP frameworks that build language proficiency and international-mindedness.
  • Differentiate instruction and scaffold learning for multilingual students across varied English proficiency levels.
  • Design and implement formative and summative assessments; track student progress and use data to drive instructional adjustments.
  • Collaborate with grade-level teams, subject specialists, and parents to create integrated units and personalised learning pathways.
  • Embed inquiry-based learning, ATL skills, and cultural responsiveness into unit planning and daily lessons.
  • Maintain accurate records, provide timely feedback, and participate in professional development and school-wide events.

Qualifications (Must-Have)

  • Valid teaching certification or licence appropriate to classroom teaching
  • Proven classroom experience teaching IB PYP and/or IB MYP or equivalent international curriculum
  • Strong oral and written English proficiency

Qualifications (Preferred)

  • IB workshop certificates (PYP and/or MYP)
  • Must have any of these certifications CELTA

  • Experience in a non-residential/day-school setting and working with diverse learner profiles
