Role Description
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated IB PYP ESL Teacher to join our team in Gurugram. This is a full-time, on-site position that involves planning and delivering engaging English lessons aligned with the IB PYP framework. Key responsibilities include designing lesson plans tailored to individual student needs, implementing effective teaching strategies, assessing student progress, and fostering an environment of linguistic and cultural inclusivity. The role also involves collaboration with colleagues and participation in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English Teaching and Teaching English as a Foreign Language
- Experience in Lesson Planning and crafting tailored learning materials
- Understanding of IELTS standards and strategies
- Knowledge of and experience with the IB PYP framework is highly desirable
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Education, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create a supportive and student-focused classroom environment
- Teaching certifications like TEFL, TESOL, or similar qualifications are a plus
