Conduct internal audit of Nomura Business and Corporate functions.
Work with other team members to complete audit planning and fieldwork, and draft findings to be agreed with auditees.
Contribute to the Continuous Monitoring of Nomura Business and corporate and assist in the evaluation and changes in the risk profile of the business which might impact the audit plan, risk assessment or audit universe.
Contribute to the risk assessments of relevant audit entities in accordance with the departmental risk assessment methodology.
Conduct special projects, ad hoc investigations and advisory work where required.
Follow-up of issues and action plans raised in Internal Audit reports.
Monitoring key projects while maintaining independence and avoiding conflict of interest.
Contribute to the preparation of reports to management.
