Manager - Finance - CA

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management & Reporting:

• Take full ownership of financial statements, audits, compliance, and bank relationships for the group
• Ensure smooth execution of day-to-day accounting and finance operations
• Manage monthly accounting closures and prepare MIS reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Track financial performance and identify opportunities for improvement

Budgeting & Forecasting:

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making
• Provide sound accounting and financial advice on acquisitions, divestments, and business growth initiatives

Compliance & Taxation:

• Ensure timely compliance with direct and indirect taxes
• Manage statutory and internal audits, providing accurate information as required
• Keep updated on regulatory developments impacting the industry and company operations

Accounts Management:

• Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies across finance functions

Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management:

• Lead and mentor finance team members, ensuring performance and development
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with consultants and external stakeholders
