Key Responsibilities

• Support Identity Management applications for human and system account management built on PingIdentity and ForgeRock products
• Maintain LDAP Directory Services such as PingDirectory and PingDataSync
• Provide first-line support during large-scale outages, including pre-mortem, post-mortem, and problem management using data-driven, code-first approaches
• Prepare and execute change management activities, creating automation tools where necessary
• Collaborate with enterprise technology teams, stakeholders, and Level 2 operations teams
• Contribute to performance assessments and training of team members
• Improve platform stability by implementing alert automation and self-healing functions
• Monitor performance and scalability to ensure systems meet SLOs and SLIs
• Participate in on-call rotations (weekday and weekend)
• Share knowledge and best practices with the team and community, gathering feedback for system improvements
• Address security and compliance issues, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices for data protection
