IAM Specialist

Description

We are seeking an experienced IAM Specialist to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management and possess a strong technical background. As an IAM Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and managing IAM solutions, monitoring user access, and ensuring compliance with security policies. You will work closely with various departments to develop IAM strategies that align with our organization's objectives.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions and processes.
• Monitor and audit user access and permissions to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Perform regular security assessments and vulnerability analysis related to IAM systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement IAM policies and procedures.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IAM-related issues.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in the IAM space.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in IAM administration or related roles.
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts and technologies such as Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
• Experience with IAM tools such as Microsoft Azure Active Directory, Okta, or SailPoint.
• Familiarity with security frameworks and regulations such as ISO 27001, GDPR, and PCI-DSS.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for automation tasks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
