Key Responsibilities
Google Workspace Administration
- Administer and manage Google Workspace in a multi-OU enterprise setup
- Handle Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) lifecycle processes and automation
- Configure and maintain admin roles, delegated access, and organizational units
- Manage Groups, Shared Drives, and Drive governance policies
- Implement context-aware access controls and security configurations
- Manage Gmail routing and domain configurations
- Conduct audit log reviews and security investigations
- Perform bulk operations and automation using GAM (Google Apps Manager)
Okta Identity Management
- Administer Okta for enterprise SSO and identity lifecycle management
- Configure SAML, OAuth, OIDC, and SCIM integrations
- Manage application provisioning and deprovisioning workflows
- Configure and maintain MFA and sign-on policies
- Implement lifecycle workflows and group-based access controls
- Support rollout of phishing-resistant MFA and passwordless authentication
- Troubleshoot authentication, federation, and access issues
Identity Lifecycle & Access Governance
- Drive automation between HR systems, Okta, and Google Workspace
- Ensure timely access provisioning and deprovisioning
- Enforce least-privilege access principles
- Resolve IAM tickets and complex identity issues
- Partner with Information Security for audits and access reviews
- Maintain clean entitlement models and reduce over-provisioning
