We are seeking an IAM Consultant to support the operation, upgrade, and modernization of authentication and authorization platforms across enterprise and cloud environments. This role is hands-on and delivery-focused, supporting production identity services, secure application integrations, and platform migrations with an emphasis on OAuth, OIDC, and SAML-based auth.

The consultant will work closely with platform, application, and security teams to ensure reliable, scalable, and secure identity services.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and support authentication and authorization platforms in production.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and support OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SAML integrations.
• Support enterprise SSO, federation, and identity lifecycle integrations.
• Lead or support identity platform upgrades and migrations, minimizing service disruption.
• Maintain identity services on Linux-based infrastructure (including cloud and containerized environments).
• Troubleshoot auth, federation, token, and session-related issues end-to-end.
• Partner with application teams to onboard applications and APIs securely.
• Apply best practices for platform security, availability, and operational resilience.
• Develop and maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and knowledge artifacts.

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience operating Keycloak or a comparable identity platform.
• Strong working knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and SAML 2.0.
• Experience supporting Linux-based security infrastructure.
• Proven experience performing upgrades or migrations of security platforms.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex authentication and authorization issues.
• Consulting or customer-facing delivery experience.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with identity platforms such as Authentik, Ory, FusionAuth, Auth0, Okta, Azure AD (Entra ID), or AWS Cognito.
• Familiarity with SCIM and enterprise identity provisioning.
• Background in platform security, DevSecOps, or cloud-native infrastructure.
