Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Identity Platform Development

Design, implement, and maintain identity-as-a-service architectures using Okta or Auth0.
Build, configure, and optimize authentication and authorization flows using OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, and JWT.
Configure and manage SSO, MFA, passwordless authentication, and risk-based access controls.
Develop and maintain custom Actions, Rules, Hooks, and API-driven identity workflows.

Identity Lifecycle Automation

Implement automated user provisioning and deprovisioning processes.
Manage identity lifecycle using Okta Workflows, SCIM, REST APIs, and custom automation.
Automate group management, entitlement mapping, and identity governance activities.
Ensure accurate and secure access control throughout the user lifecycle.

SaaS Integration

Integrate identity platforms with SaaS and cloud applications for SSO, user synchronization, and access management.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to embed IAM capabilities into cloud-based products.
Troubleshoot and resolve SAML and OIDC integration issues with SaaS partners and internal services.
