Deep hands-on expertise in IAM tools and platforms.
- Strong knowledge of LDAP, SCIM, REST APIs.
- Experience with SQL and identity data analysis.
- Strong understanding of identity lifecycle architectures.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex IAM issues end-to-end Configure, customize, and enhance IAM platforms (SailPoint, OIM, Entra ID).
- Manage integrations and connectors with HR systems, Active Directory, and applications.
- Troubleshoot platform-level issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Support IAM platform upgrades, patches, and releases.
- Maintain role models, entitlement structures, and identity lifecycle workflows.
