Job Description

Job Tittle: IAM Delivery Manager

Location: Hyderabad (Onsite)

Job Type: Fulltime

Key Responsibilities:

Delivery Management:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of IAM engagements, including implementations, migrations, and managed services
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget
  • Manage global delivery teams (onshore/offshore) and coordinate across multiple workstreams
  • Track project health, risks, dependencies, and financials (utilization, margin, billing)
  • Drive adherence to delivery methodologies, governance, and quality standards

Client Engagement:

  • Act as the primary client-facing leader for IAM engagements
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including IT, security, and business leadership
  • Lead status meetings, executive updates, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs)
  • Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of issues

Presales & Growth Support:

  • Support presales activities including:
  • Solution positioning
  • Estimation and SOW development
  • Client presentations and workshops
  • Partner with sales teams to identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts
  • Contribute to RFP responses and client proposals

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in IT, with 5+ years in IAM delivery leadership roles
  • Proven experience managing IAM implementations or managed services programs
  • Hands-on or strong working knowledge of IAM platforms (SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, etc.)
  • Experience working with global delivery teams (onshore/offshore model)
  • Strong understanding of project financials, margins, and resource management
  • Experience supporting presales, RFPs, and client solutioning
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Additional Requirements:

  • Must be able to work U.S. Eastern Time (EST) hours
  • Willingness to travel to the U.S. periodically for client engagements and workshops
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
