Role Description
- The Access Lifecycle Solutions (ALS) team within Identity & Access Management (IAM) delivers centralized, standardized, and compliant Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) capabilities across the organization. ALS manages access request, approval, provisioning, review, and revocation processes for application users through a combination of automated and manual role assignment.
- The strategic cloudbased IAM platform - Accessio went live in 2023, following the migration of core Access Lifecycle services from onpremise environments (Day 1). Building on this foundation, a Day 2 subprogram was initiated to deliver new IAM capabilities, process enhancements, and auditdriven improvements directly on the Accessio platform.
- We are looking for a senior IAM Business Function Analyst to lead requirements analysis and functional design for largescale Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions. The role is critical in shaping highquality, compliant, and scalable solutions on the enterprise cloudbased IAM platform (Accessio), supporting Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) and endtoend Access Lifecycle processes.
- This position requires strong ownership, the ability to challenge vendor designs, and a holistic view of IAM processes across business units.

Your key responsibilities
- Lead endtoend requirement elicitation covering functional, nonfunctional, security, access, technical, and operational requirements
- Own and maintain a single, unified view of requirements across Product Owners, POD teams, vendors, and stakeholders
- Validate functional and technical designs to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and regulatory standards
- Liaise with different stakeholders (internal/external to Accessio program) to identify and analyze dependency, support Project Manager/Product Owner/POD member for analysis/impact/testing.
- Drive process harmonization and standardization across the Access Lifecycle Solutions (ALS) platform
- Act as a bridge between business and technology by translating complex technical designs into clear business language
- Manage crosssystem dependencies and integrations with multiple internal and external teams
- Support workshops, walkthroughs, and governance forums (RMB, FD walkthroughs, Design Authority)
- Partner with QA and development teams to ensure accurate test coverage and reduce defect leakage
- Perform data analysis and reconciliation using SQL to support impact analysis and decisionmaking
- Identify and assess operational, regulatory, and service risks.
Your skills and experience
- 10-12 years of overall experience, with 6+ years as a Business / Functional Analyst in IAM
- Strong handson experience in Identity & Access Management, including:
- Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML)
- Access Request & Approval
- Provisioning & Deprovisioning
- Access Review / Recertification
- Excellent requirement management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong analytical and problemsolving capability
- SQL proficiency (basic queries, joins, functions) for data analysis
- Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile frameworks
- Excellent communication and influencing skills (English fluent)
- Ability to work independently, under pressure, with strong customer orientation
Preferred / NicetoHave
- Experience with cloud platforms and cloud migration
- Exposure to Python
- Knowledge of RBAC and Information Security Control frameworks
- Experience with IAM tools such as SailPoint, ForgeRock, OIM, Active Directory
- Exposure to mainframe or midrange access systems
- Experience working in largescale, complex global IT environments
