Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Office position located in Hanumangarh. The role encompasses managing administrative tasks, maintaining customer relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, handling office operations, and performing basic accounting responsibilities. The candidate will play a key role in the smooth functioning of sales office operations while ensuring a positive client experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, including the ability to address client inquiries and build relationships effectively
- Experience in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration to ensure efficient office operations
- Basic knowledge and skills in Accounting for managing financial records and transactions
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a dynamic work environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office-related software tools
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to perform under deadlines
- Previous experience in a sales office environment or similar role is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field is preferred
