Below are the required details:
Roles & Responsibilities:
Address Network/AVVC Related Issues Example: Patching Cables from Access Switches to right destination ports, Basic troubleshooting on Cisco bar's
Reporting and Following up with Site Support team on any AV/VC related issues.
Support Coverage:
only during standard business hours
There is a need of on-site presence minimum 4 days a week
Technical Skillset & Support Level:
Level 1 (L1) support coverage
Cisco, Juniper, Passive and Active Cabling, Cisco bar, Logitech Etc
Resident Engineer Scope:
Proactively address AV/VC Related issues
Response & Resolution SLAs:
There is no SLA
Working Hours & Escalation Matrix:
8AM to 5PM May need to work on selective weekends if needed
First point of contact: DSS Team
Tools & System Access:
No Tools or system access needed Engineer will be added to a whatsapp group and can keep us posted on updates
