Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 6-10 Years
Windows Server Administration:
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server 2016/2019 environments.
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and other core Windows services.
- Perform regular system updates, patches, and security configurations.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize server operations.
VMware Administration:
- Install, configure, and manage VMware vSphere environments.
- Perform regular maintenance tasks such as VM provisioning, cloning, snapshots, and migrations.
- Monitor virtual machine performance and resource allocation.
- Implement and manage VMware backup solutions and disaster recovery plans.
System Monitoring and Maintenance:
- Utilize monitoring tools to ensure the health and performance of servers and virtual machines.
- Perform routine maintenance and proactive management to ensure high availability and performance.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
Security and Compliance:
- Implement and maintain security best practices across Windows and VMware environments.
- Ensure systems are compliant with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability scans.
Support and Troubleshooting:
- Provide Tier 2/3 support for escalated technical issues.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex infrastructure problems.
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support as needed.
