Job Description

Summary

Maintain High standards of Hygiene in accordance with the Hotel's standards and financial goals. To test Food and Beverage at all stages of supply, storage, processing and service for microbiological standards

Qualifications

Ideally with a relevant degree, or diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management. Minimum2 years work experience as an Hygiene Manager or Assistant Manager - Hygienein a hotel or large restaurant with good standards.
