Job Description

Qualification:BEMechanical/Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronics

With ability to designs, develops, and tests integrated systems combining hydraulic power withelectrical andelectroniccontrols for Marine industries. mustutilizeexpertisein PLC programming, sensors, and fluid power, ensuring efficient, safe, and automated operation.

REQUIREMENTS:

Candidates will havea strongbackground inHydraulics,

Understand P & ID forHydrauliccircuits, function of hydraulic valves and components, troubleshooting,assemblyand repairs.

Prepare drawings andbillof materials for hydraulics and electricalsforcontrol and power circuit design,wiringandassembly.

Integration with Electrical / Electronic and PLCautomationsystems,knowledge of PLCsoftwareand hardware.

Experience withHMIScreen Programming (Design& Development)

Should have handled projects, deploying the latest technology includingInput/Output devices,Pneumatics, Hydraulic, Mechanical, VFDs, Servo drives, differentsensors(Digital/Analog)

Key Responsibilities & Skills

  • System Design:Create customized hydraulic power units and circuits using CAD software.
  • Electrical /Electronic Control:Develop and programelectrical andPLC-based systems and Human Machine Interfaces (HMI) for controlling hydraulic actuators, valves, and servo drives.
  • ComponentSelection:Chooseappropriate pumps, valves, cylinders, and sensors.
  • Testing & Commissioning:Execute Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT).
  • Troubleshooting:Perform root cause analysis and provide technical support to maintenance teams.
  • Technical Skills:Proficiencyin CAD (AutoCAD 2D/3D, Solid Edge), PLC (Siemens, Allen Bradley), and communication protocols (CAN Bus, Profibus).

Project Management-Manage all stages of projects

Demonstrate FAT, SAT tocustomersand project co-ordination withcustomers

Installation,commissioningand service

Work with vendor to source and evaluate equipment

Should havethe willto learn and adopt new generationsystemsandkeepupdatedwith technology

Should be able to doProblem solving,Root Cause Analysis, providetechnical support to product /Service,trainuserand staff

Ability to work independently and as a part of a team,

Strong communicationand interpersonal skills

Job Responsibilities:

1. SupervisingAssembly,Installation and Commissioning of Hydraulic Power Pack and Valve Stands.

2. Troubleshoot and resolve hydraulic issues atfactory andsite

3. Ability toidentifya valve,it'smounting and suggest suitable alternatives from various manufacturers

4. Identification of issues in Hydraulic Circuits and components upon inspection of Drawing and Physical systems

5. Check expected output and results after execution of a hydraulic system
