HVAC Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and emergency maintenance on HVAC systems including ductable units, VRF systems, and DX units
• Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC performance issues to reduce downtime and ensure system efficiency
• Conduct preventive maintenance and system inspections to identify and fix potential problems early
• Accurately document all maintenance and repair work in service logs and reports
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, local codes, and company policies at all times
• Work independently or within a team to execute tasks effectively and on time
• Provide technical guidance to junior technicians as required

Required Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or ITI / Diploma in HVAC or a related technical field
• 35 years of hands-on experience in commercial HVAC systems
• Proven working knowledge of VRF systems, ductable units, and DX units
• Valid HVAC Technician Certification (preferred)
• Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Willing to be on-call and respond to urgent service requests
