- Supports the smooth running of the Engineering department by maintaining all HVAC systems as per brand standards.
- Preventive and corrective maintenance on air conditioning, ventilation, refrigeration systems.
- Diagnoses faults and carries out timely repairs to minimize downtime.
- Responds promptly to guest and operational maintenance requests, ensuring comfort and satisfaction.
- Ensures all work is carried out safely and in compliance with statutory regulations and company standards.
- Monitors energy efficiency and supports sustainability initiatives within the hotel.
- Maintains proper documentation of maintenance activities for audits and compliance purposes.
- Collaborates with team members to control costs, manage inventory, and achieve departmental targets while building effective working relationships and promoting company culture and values.
Job Experience
- Relevant technical qualification or certification in HVAC or Refrigeration.
- Proven experience in HVAC maintenance, preferably in a hotel or hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of air conditioning, ventilation, refrigeration, and heating systems.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry.
- Ability to troubleshoot and provide effective solutions.
- Experience working with maintenance reporting systems and basic IT platforms.
- Strong communication skills.
