Supports the smooth running of the Engineering department by maintaining all HVAC systems as per brand standards.
Preventive and corrective maintenance on air conditioning, ventilation, refrigeration systems.
Diagnoses faults and carries out timely repairs to minimize downtime.
Responds promptly to guest and operational maintenance requests, ensuring comfort and satisfaction.
Ensures all work is carried out safely and in compliance with statutory regulations and company standards.
Monitors energy efficiency and supports sustainability initiatives within the hotel.
Maintains proper documentation of maintenance activities for audits and compliance purposes.
Collaborates with team members to control costs, manage inventory, and achieve departmental targets while building effective working relationships and promoting company culture and values.
Job Experience
Relevant technical qualification or certification in HVAC or Refrigeration.
Proven experience in HVAC maintenance, preferably in a hotel or hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of air conditioning, ventilation, refrigeration, and heating systems.
Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry.
Ability to troubleshoot and provide effective solutions.
Experience working with maintenance reporting systems and basic IT platforms.
Strong communication skills.
