Hvac Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise HVAC installation and maintenance activities.
• Plan and assign daily work to HVAC technicians.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and compliance with standards.
• Troubleshoot complex HVAC system issues.
• Monitor project progress and report to management.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed at all times.
• Coordinate with other departments (Electrical, Plumbing, Civil).
• Maintain inventory of materials and tools.
• Prepare service and maintenance reports.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems (Chillers, AHU, FCU, VRF, Split units).
• Ability to read HVAC drawings and technical specifications.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
• Knowledge of safety standards and site regulations.
