Hvac Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site activities for HVAC installation and commissioning.
• Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients on-site for smooth project execution.
• Monitor manpower deployment, work progress, and material availability.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure adherence to safety regulations and statutory requirements.
• Resolve technical issues on-site with prompt and effective solutions.
• Support testing and commissioning of HVAC systems (AHUs, chillers, ducts, VRFs, etc.).
• Maintain daily site reports, documentation, and progress updates.
• Liaise with procurement and planning departments to ensure timely availability of materials and resources.

Desired Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and mechanical drawings.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project planning tools.
• Knowledge of ISHRAE standards and safety guidelines.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
