HVAC Senior Design Engineer

Lead or act as Area Lead on projects, delivering complex HVAC engineering assignments across industries such as pharma, cleanrooms, data centers, and semiconductors.

Develop and review project estimates, schedules, progress reports, and workforce forecasts.

Establish, track, and monitor material quantities and provide analysis and forecasts.

Develop and review technical specifications and design criteria.

Perform and validate engineering calculations, specify equipment, and resolve complex technical challenges.

Design HVAC systems including heat and cooling load calculations, ventilation calculations, energy recovery, and pressure drop analysis.

Develop HVAC flow diagrams, P&IDs, system sequences, and control philosophies.

Design cleanroom mechanical systems including AHUs, FFUs with HEPA/ULPA filtration.

Work on systems such as chillers, DX systems, exhaust systems, VOC abatement, and fire/smoke exhaust systems.

Participate in procurement activities including RFQ/RFP preparation, bid evaluation, and vendor submittal reviews.

Support construction activities including equipment testing and installation reviews.

Mentor and develop team members through training, performance feedback, and knowledge sharing.
